Use numbers responsibly
Our platform is designed for lawful, authorized SMS reception. Users are responsible for complying with local law, supplier restrictions and the rules of the service for which a number is selected.
Disallowed conduct
Do not use the platform for fraud, deceptive account creation, identity theft, phishing, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, manipulation of promotions, bypassing another platform's bans or restrictions, or receiving confidential codes for accounts you do not control.
Protect other people
Do not purchase services to impersonate someone else, intercept messages meant for another person, harvest customer information or attempt to compromise protected accounts.
Our controls
We may limit purchase frequency, restrict countries or products, ask for verification, withhold pending transactions for review, or suspend accounts when credible abuse indicators exist. Decisions will consider supplier evidence and applicable law.
Report abuse
Submit concerns about misuse through support@2sim.site with enough detail for a reasonable investigation. Please do not send sensitive SMS codes unless specifically requested through a secure process.
