1. Scope
These terms apply when you browse or use 2SIM. A virtual number is a limited service allocation for receiving eligible messages, not a telephone number you permanently own. Actual service availability and supported features come from third-party providers.
2. Account requirements
Users must provide accurate registration details, maintain account security and be legally eligible to access the service. If available, Google sign-in authenticates the Google account but does not transfer responsibility for your account activity to Google.
3. Ordering
The platform may show estimated inventory and prices that can change before an order is accepted. Orders proceed only while sales are enabled, a supported service is in stock, sufficient wallet funds exist and the provider accepts the transaction. A purchase is confirmed only after the upstream provider returns a valid order ID.
4. Charges
Prices may include a platform markup and applicable exchange-rate conversion. Wallet deposits are accepted only through explicitly enabled cryptocurrency networks and receiving addresses displayed in your signed-in dashboard. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible; credits require manual verification. Never send money to details supplied by an unverified third party.
5. Limits
Activation windows may be brief; suppliers may refuse, expire, cancel or ban an allocation. We do not warrant that a particular app will accept a temporary number, send a message or continue supporting an account created with it.
6. Prohibited activity
Automated abuse, spam, fraud, impersonation, harassment, evading account restrictions or violating another service's terms are prohibited. We may suspend access or report conduct when required by law.
7. Refunds
A successful user-requested cancellation can carry the disclosed platform fee (default 5%), while eligible upstream timeouts and purchase rejections are fully refunded. Refund eligibility depends on the supplier order status and whether an SMS arrived. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
8. Availability and liability
Services depend on external systems and may be disrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party account restrictions, unexpected delivery failure or indirect losses arising from using temporary numbers. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
